Sometimes our projects are very small and consist of a simple task, like helping someone out of a tight spot. This was one of those occasions.
A few years back the owners of this property been led to believe that they didn’t need Listed Building Consent for the installation of an air source heat pump; the contractor responsible for this advice was mistaken. Many years later, whilst replacing a defective pump, a more informed contractor, discovered the omission and called us in to help. Much to their relief, we secured them the consent they needed.
