This popular fast food takeaway outlet in Broad Street, Lyme Regis, was bought by our client in 2017.
The building is Grade II listed and the business occupies a small area of the lower ground floor. The interior was renovated and the fittings were stripped out exposing several problems with the fabric of the building. We were tasked with preparing a Listed Building consent application for the renovation and conservation work.
